John and Linda Schroeder

John and Linda play music, write songs, and perform as the "Solar Flares." They play original and traditional music in the styles of: country, blues, Rock'n'Roll and folk. Both are songwriters who play several instruments including rhythm and lead guitar, 5-string banjo, mandolin and percussion. Many of these instruments are made by John himself.
John is a fine craftsman and creates musical instruments, jewelry, sculptures, and even furniture. John works with rare and exotic materials to create his works of art.
Linda, in addition to working with John on his art work and creating her own art in the form of drawings, enjoys acting. Linda performs as Sadie Claus and has appeared all over the world. Linda is looking forward to performing in Japan or other countries.
